About Metsu Tours
Gabriël Metsu was a 17th century Dutch painter, praised for his uniquely eclectic style. Being based in Amsterdam, famed for its golden era art and architecture, and specializing in diverse offerings? Well, you can see why we used his name for our company.
Our goal is to make your Amsterdam visit truly unforgettable. With decades of travel industry experience and a lifetime of knowledge about the city we call home, we're confident we'll do just that.
If you want a personal touch – organized by those who truly know Amsterdam and beyond – then you've found the right place. Tours around Amsterdam are our core. Curated trips are our speciality. Everything else you need to arrange for your corporate event, we can take care of.
Frequently Asked Questions

It all starts with a conversation. Tell us about your desired event, how many attendees you expect, your dates, and what you think you’d like to do. Whether it’s a private day in the city, an evening on the water, or a multi-day team building, Metsu will design it around you, arrange everything, and hand you a finished plan. Once agreed, you just turn up.

Every event is built to order, so there's no fixed price list. Costs depend on the group size, the length, and what's included. Full-day or multi-day trips are quoted individually. You'll always get a clear, itemized quote before you commit, and we'll flag anything that isn't included.

The sooner the better. The best venues, guides, and dates go quickly, especially during Spring/Summer and weekends. We'd suggest at least four weeks for one-day and eight weeks for anything multi-day or for a group of 12+. On a tight timeline? Of course, we’ll always try to accommodate. Fill out our inquiry form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

No. Amsterdam is home, but we also plan events beyond the city, across the Netherlands and even into other neighboring countries. If it's reachable and worth your time, we'll build it in.
